Delivery Terms

We process all orders within 1–3 business days after receiving your payment confirmation.

• Standard delivery time in Romania: 2–5 business days from dispatch.

• EU delivery: 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country.

• International delivery outside the EU: 10–15 business days.

Please note:

• Delivery times may vary due to holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Returns & Refund Policy


We want you to love your purchase from Mauve. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work:

14-Day Return Policy
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging.
Returns will not be accepted if the item shows any signs of wear, including:
Makeup stains
Deodorant marks
Fake tan or other visible use
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Custom-made / personalized items
SALE items
Items marked as “Non-Returnable”
These are not eligible for refunds and can only be exchanged for a gift card (if accepted).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours at:

Include your order number and photos of the issue.
If it’s our mistake, we’ll fix it with a remake in 3–5 days.

Shipping Costs
The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Standard return shipping in Romania: 22 RON

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds are made using the same payment method as your original order.
Exchanges

Want to exchange your item?

You can exchange it for another item of equal or greater value.
Please contact us by email to arrange this.
Custom-Made Items
We’re a small atelier based in Transylvania, Romania.
If you cannot visit in person, we cannot guarantee a perfect made-to-measure fit.
Please ensure your measurements are accurate before ordering.

📌 By law, customized clothing cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item
Email us at contact@mauveupcycling.com to request a return.
(Please allow 24–48 hours for a response. We may take longer on weekends.)
Wait for confirmation before sending the item back.
Once we receive your item, it will be inspected.
We’ll notify you by email if your return is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 14 days.

////REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Consumers can return products purchased remotely within 14 days for a full refund.
Refund is not possible for custom-made or personalized items.
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, including marks from makeup, deodorant, fake tan, or similar.

Damaged items
For faulty items, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt, providing your order number and clear images of the issue.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-refundable items
The items on SALE are not refundable.
The custom-made items are not refundable.

Please be aware that returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns posted after this period will not be accepted and will be refused.

Items marked as “Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return; these may be exchanged for a gift card only.

Original shipping costs is non-refundable once purchased, regardless of any returns.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please note, your initial shipping fee is non-refundable if you decide to return your item.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.

Custom-made items
We are a small atelier in the heart of Transilvania, Romania. If you can’t come psychically at our atelier we can’t guarantee a perfect fit made-to-measure. It’s your responsibility to make sure of that.
noteworthy to mention that by law, customised articles of clothing cannot be returned.

If our team made a mistake, we provide a remake within 3-5 days
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Exchanges
You can exchange your item with another items on our shop eith the same cost or above. Please contact us via email.
